Earnest,
Bingo. We don't know the terms in which Mr. Richards invested money, exactly how much he invested, and what it turned into. We do know he kept it under 10% when transferred into FCCN, so he'll be a little under the radar. You are also right on the mark when you say that he could very well sell those shares in a year. Let's ask this question...if this is such a bargain, why isn't he loading up a few hundred million at this level to average down? Wouldn't that make sense? I mean, if he thinks this situation is that much better, and he is a model investor, wouldn't it be a no brainer to double up?
Or perhaps wouldn't his NONaction be an indication that he accepts this not to be a good long-term investment, and that possibly in a year he'll be out of the position?
Further, in response to NHRed's post that it was in the filings, yes, it was in the filings of how many shares he has, but I would like to see the part, if I missed it, where it states how much he paid for those shares, was he given a discount, what were the circumstances, was any of it money owed to him that he got shares at the time of the merger at a discount, etc...I don't see anything other than the amount he has and how many percent of the company it is.
IMO/FWIW
