yeah slightly confusing...... ill clarify it.....

#1 100mil shares issed for wagerphone cancelled

#2 Wagerphone being serparated as separate entity which NWWV will own a percentage of to be disclosed at a later date

#3 Merger completed and sent to nasdaq (u can call the TA to confirm this i already have) She is in the process of distributing shares

#4 We are in the process of applying for OTCBB listing to get off the pink sheets

#5 we have a new business focus that will be announced shortly when it is completed

#6 Bottom line is they have NOT diluted at all and share structure after merger is around 217mil shares..... most of the shares are held tightly imo and this thing will run soon!!
