Seems we are ALL waiting for that phone call or maybe one of sees the NR first and we read about it.

There was a rumour yesterday of Axis putting out news today.

Not!!!!! so far.
there is enough evidence that MES is partnered with Axis in a possible deal there and it seems to me any news has to come out jointly to satisfy exchange requirements and possibly Libyan protocol as well.

Lots of tidbits around that we are getting closer to a deal. would love to see a NR with quotes from the agreement.

How about this today. I had a bid of 10,000@ 1.40 that never filled and the closing buy was 9000 @ 1.38 1/2
