Sounds to me like you have a disgruntled employee. Someone doesn't get their way and they decided to make a big stink about it, happens everyday. Some simple tests need to be taken, of the stock they have on hand and reavaluated. They do not need to reinvent the drug, they just have to check its quality. If anything, this is a heads up for this company to take things more seriously.
Has there been any proof that it was of poor quality?
If they check the product and its as the company says is, this will all be over. But to take one employees information and based the future of the company on one report after she was fired is a pretty big leap. Just my humble opinion! PS, if it takes a dive I may just have to buy some shares myself! Val
