dude --- that is what their customer service told me in a reply to my cancellation email to the customer service request online with the gamesnflix website.

They told me "90 days before we can send a check" and "sometime in our 4th quarter" (like avg joe subscriber would know what the hell that means.)

I told them that I was going to report them to the BBB and the Atty general because my credit card transaction could be put right back on my credit card -- and it wasnt acceptable that they wanted to continue to hold my money for 90 days, and that they didnt have to write a check---

I was also going to dispute it with my credit card company--- but they sent the check pretty much right away--- I got it within like 3 weeks not 3 months. I have no idea when the 4th quarter is for them...
