imo this will never go up---maybe a bump here and there like happend just after the split but never trend upwards again---

people were telling me 1.5yrs ago about the toxic financing that the company gave to get funding way back when- all the shares have done it go down down down down ever since-- I wish I wouldve listened to them and I honestly dont think its the CEO that is the problem---

He made a bad choice when he took that financing- and eventually imo it will prob cost him his job and his company...their package gave the financeers the ability to sell an almost unlimited about of shares on the open market--- they made a key mistake because the company couldve made far more money off the market (selling shares themselves) than they did from the financing package. --and just slowly sell- instead of them dumping the shares in the micropennies like happened after the pop above .02 with the cir city news.... key mistake to get a few million in financing to start up the company for circuit city to take them on as a partner... and that will likely kill them in the end...

all imo..and im just the avg joe investor so take that for what its worth
