The trespassing issue is of little importance. What is important to shareholders and potential investors is whether the pr's represent truth and contain factual information. It is my intent to discover all that I can, legally, about this company and its claims. I will continue to do so as long as i hold shares whether folks here or at the company like it or not. It is obvious that some prefer some things go unsaid thus unnoticed and unknown. I know some of these issues have been gone over before, however the disclosure concerning land ownership i gave you today was a misrepresentation by the company. Therefore, one should ask whether the value is a misrepresentation? Minor issue perhaps, but causes one to wonder just what major issues one might discover with determined dd and persistence. The misinformation and apparently misleading pr's seem to be a common practice, my question is why?
One more thing i'd like to add. the folks at the dale co. revenue office were of the opinion the radio station was non-functional. Now these folks are in dale co. within listening range of WCMA just as were the folks I spoke with in Andalusia within range of TV25. If no one local is aware of the stations or listening to them then what are they worth except for their license? look at the video, what do you see? a used trailer in the middle of nowhere and refered to by this company as a 'broadcast studio".
