Thank you, Pedro. I am cautiously optimistic that we will get a settlement in the future, or will prevail in court if it comes to that, which I doubt. IAMSAM's post indicated that the PTO re-exam will take significant time, and thus should not be a short or even medium term factor. If my understanding is correct, a significant setttlement or favorable ruling should expedite and multiply signings after that. However, if Swartz or others continue to sell "ad absurdum" and indefinitely, or if there is NSS or other shorting after a settlement or favorable ruling, how can we expect the SP to get to fair value, i.e. over $2.00? I am a long-term bull on this stock, but have been very discouraged by the poor performance of the SP. The stock price behavior defies all logic, in my opinion, other than manipulation.
