Washington Square Road, Tigard, Oregon, 97223. The webcast will commence at 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time. The formal portion of the meeting is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. Pacific Time.

Will we only hear the informal or "Safe Harbor" portion of the meeting?
