There are some legit players in this play, and a big short position. Definitely not a scam, imo (and I've been scammed!). With upfront cash for a buyback as well as one of the most respected experts on naked shorting, this could be a wild ride!

I also like that there is no pumping by the companies (although I'm doing my part, lol) pre jv announcement. They are waiting to make their moves. And they are indeed prepared.
