PACER filings today by The Estate Department trying to get the jewelery back that the Altomares sold them and the Marshalls seized. Big filing about 175 pages giving full details of the transactions...like when Barbara Altomare went into the estate dept on September 4th, how she asked about selling jewelery because they has to decorate their new double penthouse they just bought at Toscana in addition to their Bocaire home. On the fourth she sold 2 pieces for $90,000 cash and made an appointment for them to come to their Bocaire home on September 24th to possible purchase other jewelery, Richard Altomares expensive watch collection and possibly their art collection.
Very interesting witness statements attached detailing conversations and the transactions.

When they went to their house on the 24th they brought a Palm Beach County sheriff (Sgt) with them as they had $500,000.00 in cash with them. The sheriff's witness statement end with the following:

At some point during the above parties conversations, Mrs. Altomare sat in the chair next to me crying because she was selling the jewelery that she held so very dear. I did not question Mrs. Altomare as to her and her husbands financial status, and was not made aware of why the liquidation was taking place. I discovered this information via the internet, after being made aware of the seizure of the merchandise by Mr. Kravit.
