LAST PR THE ACQUISITION OF DR. GAS

1 - The Dr. Gas acquisition will more than likely contain a cash component.
2 - We would structure any such cash component as a private placement through a reputable investment banker in order to minimize dilution and control the influx of any new stock into the market.
3 - Dilution is as relevant to me as it is to our shareholders, and we are going to do everything in our power to minimize

Is Hunsaker lying or is he unaware that private placements affect the outstanding share count, and are therefore dilution?

This stock will never go up significantly until management decides to be honest with investors.
