There's nothing wrong with being a follower, it's how you follow. If you are a soldier it is your job to follow without question. If the 700 men that you say you have, see you as a good follower, they also will follow. If you command 700 which follow you, then you should really get a hold of your ability to be so easily(rattled/anger/intimidated) intimidation is a sign of fear... which makes for a terrible leader, something you may want to consider. I mean no offense but this statement I don't question your ability to lead, just some thoughts.
