Hello All;

Received my electronic copy from broker on Dec 5th. Great getting notice a month in advance, and actually getting the proxy statements. MUCH better than not getting proper notice last Feb under prior management!

Will fulfill my responsibility and recognize the efforts of the board members by placing my votes!

Stock price again is bouncing off 10 cents, but well above recent low of 6 cents per share. Here's to wrapping up an eventful 2007 for the company - share holders, and looking forward to a VERY eventful 2008!
