Seriously, I've never once said that I thought a company I was watching or (certainly) invested in should be sued over equity issues. But I'm as close as ever to saying it on this one.

I assume that "technically/legally" they have their bases covered and somebody close to them is an attorney. Gotta be the case. Because morally/ethically speaking, the level of (deliberate) misrepresentation is almost beyond believe in it's being so overt.

I made some joke about it in a prior post, this company being so schizophrenic in it's identity, but I realize it's not funny. People have lost serious money here and it's not the ownership who has lost it.
