Indeed. Unfortunately I'm thinking that if those documents are in fact legitimate Rushnet may be forced to declare bankruptcy.

Perhaps Corr's dilution of RSHN stock to propel AppleRush forward and also his leaving Garden to AppleRush was done in such a matter to insure that he would be able to keep all of what RSHN brought AppleRush without losing them through lawsuits. Good for Corr and and terrible for RSHN investors.

JMO after seeing the posting of the lawsuit results (should they be legitimate)
