fewer shorts it was 81400 down to 77700 - 3700 less and there not that many shorts the way I am looking at it if it was 1.5 mil or more then I would think that shorts were haveing something to do with market going down. I fell that it needed to draw down a little to build a base to make a steady base of strenth as it goes up
