I rarely post on this site, but read a lot of different threads, so hello all.
I do hold a position in this one also. Did anyone pause to consider that maybe something is up with this shell again and that the pps increase is advance preparation for a R/M candidate or 'done deal' (purely speculation on my part, no factual info and not an attempt at a pump) announcement. That is the only way I can wrap my brain around a F/S on a stock trading in sub-penny land right now. My 1st response was WTF is this???? oh well, it will allow me to hold even more shares at a ridiculous pps... LOL

This could be fun this week. Who knows what is going on or when the split will become effective. Usually they are announced and occur in a few weeks subsequent to the announcement. Maybe the hope is that will drive pps upward prior to split.

Time will tell....and then it's too late :)
