Specbidder. Reading the proxy it doesn't look like the deal fell through. It does take time to sale or merge a company. Its just that this is a pinky and you have a lot of people who will bash and lie either way to try to get your money. I think deal will close in February but there might be some good movement up and down before them. We will see.
