A lot of people trying to spread fear here tonight. Even trying to make the CEO look bad.


The truth is he can tell you that he will put out a PR tomorrow at exactly 9:34am if he wants to, regardless if he already sent it out or not. That is NOT insider trading b.c. YOU have no idea what that PR will say. Just b.c a PR is coming out doesn't mean it will be good, it could be bad.

I don't think this PR will be anything but GOOD NEWS, however unless you were given information as to what is in the PR, then you cannot make a trade based on that info, therefor it is NOT insider trading.

Insider trading is about having info that allows you to profit on the stock and simply knowing a PR is coming does not do that b.c. you have NO CLUE what it will or will not say!


PR will come when it comes, bottom line. Hopefully it is very positive and we move up.
