Update on the DOT filing. They will meet the 12/6 deadline for their responses. Mgmt team flying down to Washington tomorrow to meet w/their attorney's and to submit their responses. EXPECTED responses back from DOT in a couple of weeks barring any further questions from. This info comes direct from BC.
