there are supposedly 4.8 milllion to 4.9 million shares outstanding - that's my understanding. However, the cummulative trading volume is 4.1 million shares since October 29th. So am i to assume that 85% of the total shares outstanding have changed hands in a month and a few days? i think not! i assume that the company is printing shares to make payroll OR getting some return on investment before this thing totally collapses. what's more, i suspect management has been disingenuous! they answered my queries and said there has been no 'insider selling' but who knows if 'insider selling' is the same as 'selling by insiders'? this thing is getting shadier and shadier!!!!!
