How can anyone call it diluteing when they issue all of the shares up to the a/s. When you invested in this you new what the a/s was and what the o/s was. So this being a pinksheet stock what would make you think that they would not issue all of there shares to raise money to get there product going. If they do a r/s then I will be upset,but they keep saying that there will be no r/s, they said that they would have a product and they do, as long as they don't do anything studpid like a r/s,hopefully they can get something going with there product. Now if they raised the a/s and continued to sell shares, then I would say they were diluteing, and I don't think they have done that here, if they have then I stand corrected. JMO GLTA
