Welcome to the TCAP board! I think you will find that this diamond in the rough is a great find. Trades at 0.85 times book value. Goldman Sachs recently bought into the stock, and it pays a >9% dividend as of 12/3.

Huge bottom line net income growth, and highly undervalued relative to its peers.

No brainer. I am taking an initial position at $11 and change.
