Looks like the initial securities sale, done via Reg D, perhaps a 504 or another private or debt placement? Either way, it should be okay for someone to check with the TA to find out the O/S and A/S. Kind of strange that it's the Spooz headquarters' address at 29 S LaSalle Suite 1250? We have a CIK for 141 now, which means things are moving forward.

Pinksheets.com isn't updated yet with the new info for XXIS, but I would imagine that will happen shortly.
