dreaminofsalin, No I don't agree. In publicly held companies a majority shareholder vote rules. Value can be redistributed at anytime by a simlpe majority vote. The "small" shareholders in this company are being ignored AND treated like they are a thorn in management's side. No respect, no information, and no end in sight to this being a "pinky" that fleeced the flock of fools that "invested" in it. Myself included. - Misterbull
