ISX TO CHANGE NAME TO POTASH ONE INC.

ISX Resources Inc.'s shareholders approved to change the name of the company to Potash One Inc., the continuation of the company under the Canada Business Corporations Act, and amendments to the unissued preferred shares of the company at the annual and special general meeting held on Nov. 21, 2007.
