Superbee, but stating that a "buyback" is beginning is not lying if the buyback consists of 1 billion, 1 million, 1 hundred, or 1....share. They can buy a nickel worth of stock and call that a "buyback". I'm sure they've done some kind of buyback, but it's probably a very, very little one.
