Freetrade rules, period. You can transfer, but not sure how long it will take. Ameritrade is part of Freetrade so it was pretty quick, same day.

Trades are only 1 to 3 bucks with the first 20 FREE.....Etrade has the margin available, try that, or if you trade like I do, Freetrade is the way. I do about 40 trades per day...
