This is hands down the best news we could have gotten.

-Merger with a Chinese company who is profitable and seeking massive expansions

-No R/S mentioned: Company will be buying back shares.

-Merge into a reporting pinksheet company in which we will receive shares


The list goes on and on and on and on. As soon as this news gets out and about, IMO, the pps will increase rapidly.
