Emily you are right in that I only have the companies word for it, but sometimes the market is about "gut" feelings and based on all the available information I made a decision and have bought over a million shares in this company, when you take into account the current status of aurc in paying the delaware franchise taxes to become current, the payment of the cost of the 43-101, the proxy statement preparation, the shareholders meeting and the constant drumbeat of those posters of negativity trying to convince me that I am wrong, I am convinced that I have made the correct choice. I have thrown the dice and in my mind they are still "spinning" ,for so many to try and convince me otherwise to what possible personal gain leads credance that I am on the right track. If I am wrong , oh well it is only money, If I am right this investment will ensur a good retirement for me. I believe that the delays are due to internal company fighting for ultimate control.well see if I am right. Exciting isnt it.
