Everything seems to lose a little during translation. I have a feeling that the meaning isn't NASDAQ, but rather NASDAQ OTCBB. But, if it is the NASDAQ, look at what Force Protection did after a R/S and a NASDAQ listing. It was pennies before the R/S and $30 after uplisting.

Sounds like EFGO is financing 5 million, but with in a year Good Life will invest 40 million in something. But what does it mean?
