this company does not file - they could have continued to do as they were SUPPOSE TO which is file- but instead on MAY 17 2006 felt it best to KEEP EVERYONE IN THE DARK http://pinksheets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=4428908

why do you think that - so they can do just as they are now - why no back to back PR - telling the shareholder what the COMPLETE DEAL WAS, leaving you to guess - well when it happens .................> IT IS TOO LATE !!!
