Mr. G speculates about SWVC's next potential acquisition (from SW)...

The only problem with your scenario the whole process of merging GS Clean Tech and GS AgriFuels is done...just the waiting period. Their debt has been shifted to GS Green Shift by way of share exchanges that they have already done..so what happens is the bashers will have nothing to bash, as KK will stay with GS Green Shift, receive his shares of Seaway as part of the deal that sends GS Clean and GS Arg. to Seaway, plus he will remain on the board of the two companies...but he will have nothing to do with how they are run. The GS Green Shift will just sit there with no share movement and all of the debt that used to belong to GS Clean Tech and GS Agri..oh and all of the debt is being taken care of prior to the merger. Back in the, close your ears Duke, 8-K when it said GS Agri was doing a "Fairness Report" to determine if the value was real and what they would get by going in with GS Clean Tech, that was them saying, we will make sure the debt is gone. So this company will come into SWVC with no debt and a boat load of future contracts...if you do decide to read the 8-K you will get a glimpse of the contracts they will bring with them. Only thing that has been holding them back is cash to make it all happen. Better take a look at that cash Seaway has now, with the money from Mr. Graham, the money his sister and bro brought in and all of the other investments they have in their portfolio...Its going to be them and after them its going to be Tech. This stock is going to the big board and at its present stage its hard to imagine that it will happen, but it will and it will surprise the crap out of a lot of people. Ok done, put the soap box back in the corner...I miss my soap box bud...where did he go anyway.
