Then sue shorts. Sue them until they are broke if you are right.

It is common knowledge that the TA holding this security has a policy in place not to release the share structure. The CEO has to list people who can call the TA.

This is a very common TA practice.

Use your energies doing what you do best, helping others to make money ethically.
