I did not say that the new company is going to dilute !!! I said the new company is not going to let efgo shareholders have 30-90% of THEIR COMPANY, that they paid 5 MILLION UP FRONT FOR !! Shoot for 5 million they could have bought a CLEAN AMEX SHELL and went on with their business - I understand that they bought EFGO and got a PINK SHEET COMPANY that is in default of their state filings but why not rip them off too as the shareholders have been !!
