I disagree. I view these as the actions of a company that's in the middle of a deal. Companies that are involved in mergers, acquisitions, take overs DON'T TALK. They shut up until the entire deal is done. And if you throw in the presence of the SEC (which I believe is the case) you have to be even more quiet.

Do I like it? Not really. I want this to be over with so I can go on to another stock. But guess what? Companies that are in the middle of deals don't care about you or me or what we think. To them the only thing that's important is completing the deal.
