sounds good to me, i wanted to ask those questions just incase---- thanks for the replies, this being my first shell play .As i've said Rain and others seem to know alot ,as in ,much more then little ole me. Great shell-DD here.

Looking at the 6mnth chart you can clearly see Mr Karp caused the spike due to his buying ,now i wonder why he didn't buy in smaller amounts to get a better price ,opposed to the big blocks causing the pps to rise . Perhaps bit of a rush job --yet he might of wanted to get the pps going but no news followed other then M Anthony opening shop.Perhaps money isn't a issue for Karp but 6=% ownership was. Since im poor i'd nickle and dime it all the way if i we're him. My 2nd order might be getting filled now at .09 ,not buying huge here "incase" MM's take it down .So i will as they say dollar cost average (term from my mutual fund days --- yes a tell).
