****LDTI 52 Week low .025 trading at .03, 1.5M float, 14M O/S and no dilution per CEO. Pending acquisitions, have LOI's. Stock has a market cap cheaper than most shells. Company has over $1M tax loss carry over to shelter acquisitions.
