Some more number crunching here

O/S 808 million
oz of gold 53,340
over estimated cost to mine @ $200
Using gold priced at $800

$32m net profit

That's a valuation of $0.04 without any PE ratio.

The avg PE ratio since the early 1900's is 15.

Puts DKGR's valuation at $0.60/sh

Assumptions made: All the gold is mined in a 1 yr period. The cost to mine is $200/oz (I believe it may actually be under $100, significantly increasing the valuation)

ok. and now the fun facts section...

In 2006, a report mentioned the avg PE ratio of mining companies was 52.17. That would place DKGR over $2 using the above figures.
