(PINK SHEETS: SPXP) announced today that it has published on Pink Sheets News Service its "Information and Disclosure Statement pursuant to rule 15c2-11", its unaudited Consolidated Financial Statements as of September 30, 2007 and December 31, 2006, as well as an "Attorney Letter With Respect To Adequate Public Information."
