I wouldn't count them out.....you have to realize how important it is to keep things that are TOO BIG TO FAIL.....from failing....Global economics is such a complicated thing and getting more complicated my the day and changing domestic markets....and I wouldn't even attempt to understand how it all comes together ...all I know is...financials have put in a significant bottom according to my TA....and have faith in that. Will they bust up right away....maybe..but doubt it...but even a good basing period won't stop spx/ndx from moving to new highs....new recovery highs in the case of ndx of course.
