zoot19...it is easy to understand why those having been bitten by a RS are leery of this stock. There is an announced FS for shareholders of record today. I don't expect another RS anytime soon. All I put in was the price of a meal. After everything I've read, I don't like the CEO, but, that small amount staked me a little claim for this if it does a rebound. Water disinfection systems could be useful.

Pure H20 Bio-Technologies Completes Phase II of Manufacturing Facility

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Pure H2O Bio-Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets:PRHN) is pleased to announce that phase II of construction for the Company's manufacturing facility has been completed. Phase III of the building process is currently in progress by Brian Wight Construction, Inc., and the Company expects the facility to be completed by the end of the current quarter.

Pure H20 will utilize the facility to manufacture the Company's potable water disinfection systems. During Phase III of the building process, the equipment to produce the Company's residential, commercial and hospital water disinfection systems will be installed. Photos of phase I are currently available and Phase II are forthcoming on the Company's Web site.

The Company recently announced to all shareholders that the Board approved a 1 for 1 forward split of all issued and outstanding shares.
