How about 100m new order in the bag that they were have wrapped up by the end of the 3 qtr. Would ST comment on that and the stock spin off. It looks to me they do not have the financing and the Russian gov't is going to buy this up for pennies next year with the help of the shorts. They have a good plan get the technology they need for pennies when the promoters are telling us they are going buy the company for 100-200 dollars next yr. If I was the gov't I would rather buy it for pennies on the dollar and it looks like they will succeed with the help of the shorts and other shady characters. They are playing this one out well. They could not do this in the US if it was a listed company - so why would they want it listed - I forgot the listing was coming on all 3 exchanges that is what we have been told through the promoters.
