Level 2 won't tell you how much is for sale. All it shows is the best bid/ask for each mm. No quantities on the otc. They typically always show 5000 for each mm when the sp is below .50, and 2500 for each when the sp is over .50... at least I think we were there once upon a time... and then it drops to 500 at a buck. Typically they don't show quantity because that's their little secret. The quote link above gives you all the L2 that's typically available, just on a delayed basis.
