No, not startled at all - I remember her comment about wanting to be called by her entire name. Talk about condescending.

She wanted to tell me how to use the "ignore" button as a way that I could avoid to read righton's threads.

I wanted to tell her off last week when she gave her expert advice on how to react to righton.

I have no idea if she responded to me or not. Because she reads every thread, I logged off before she had a chance to respond.
