Well since they promised not to dilute in the investor presentation, I'd say that the "minimal" dilution is hardly anything to get excited about.

I'm long too. But $2.75 wasn't a fair price. First off next time they (and everyone else for that matter) need to do a rights offering so that we all investors get to participate equally. Second, the price should be set closer to the market price.

The share dilution watered your stock to the tune of something like 8-10% percent. That's total crap.
