Thursday November 29, 3:38 pm ET

All Eight Democratic Presidential Candidates to Participate; HDNet's Dan Rather to Host Evening; NPR's Michele Norris and PBS's Ray Suarez to Moderate Forum

NEW YORK, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Nov 29, 2007 -- H3 Enterprises, Inc. (Other OTC:HTRE.PK - News), the world's first publicly traded Hip-Hop company and parent company of the HipHopSodaShop (www.h3inc.com), announced today that its CEO and President, Dr. Benjamin Chavis, has been selected to participate in the nation's only presidential forum in which all the Democratic Presidential candidates will have the opportunity to address the major concerns of African-Americans and Latinos. Dr. Chavis, also the President/CEO of the Hip-Hop Summit Action Network (HSAN), will be one of four national leaders who will question the candidates.

The hour-long forum will begin at 8:00 pm ET on Saturday, December 1. It will be moderated by Michele Norris, host of National Public Radio's "All Things Considered," and Ray Suarez, senior correspondent for PBS's "The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer." All eight democratic presidential candidates have confirmed their participation in the Forum, which will be presented for the first time live nationally in high-definition on HDNet.

HDNet's live coverage will begin at 7:30 pm ET (4:30 pm PT) with a preview show hosted by Dan Rather, Global Correspondent for HDNet's "Dan Rather Reports." Rather will also host a half-hour live post-Forum recap at 10:00 pm ET.

As the CEO and President of the first publicly traded Hip-Hop company, which is launching its first HipHopSodaShop in Tampa, Florida on December 11, 2007, and as a nationally recognized activist and advocacy leader of Hip Hop, Dr. Chavis is uniquely positioned to have an impact on presidential politics. The HipHopSodaShop franchise which he is launching on December 11 is the backbone of the H3 Inc. related businesses and encapsulates not only the numerous revenue streams that the company has developed, but also embodies the "community conscious" approach that H3 Inc. applies to all of its endeavors.

Dr. Chavis stated today, "Overcoming poverty through youth entrepreneurial education and development should be on top of the agenda for all of the 2008 Presidential candidates. I am going to ask this question to the candidates in Iowa this weekend: 'How would you plan to make it your top priority to end poverty in America by encouraging and leading the economic development of Black and Brown communities?' We who are advocates of hip-hop culture and business want the answer to this question as millions of 18 to 35 year olds are preparing to vote in the 2008 elections."

"HDNet is proud to be the exclusive national broadcast partner for the Iowa Brown & Black Democratic Presidential Forum," said Mark Cuban, president and co-founder of HDNet. "At HDNet, we are always looking to break new ground and expand our programming, and we hope that our live coverage of this debate will draw greater attention to important issues of concern to minority group members."
