Capt you are wrong. Wilf has 150M unrestricted and there are 30M others between Cowen...etc etc..

By the way...if Wilf was trying to kill the shareholders...why didn't he sell the shares last Jan-Jun when the stock was trading at $.05 instead of now at $.015?

My point is he can sell up to $1M a year...He is choosing to do that now probably to pay for things and build income for future salaries...it looks worse today because of the price being much lower...ie he has to sell more stock to get the $1M..but actually it gives people a better chance to average down for now...IMO
