U.S. Dollar Bullish position?

I'm trying to find an ETF or Fund that would be dollar-bullish.

I've found an ETF (UUP) that would work, but it's not leveraged enough for the small swings in currency markets. I've also seen the RYSBX, which leverages the above ETF X2, but the fees are ugly. I'm trying to find something better. Is it possible to find dollar-bullish leveraged ETF's, somehow?

Disclaimer: I'm asking this question on behalf of a friend who thinks the U.S. Dollar will appreciate after the 2008 election.

I don't personally agree with this position (I'm only a lunatic by screen name); but thought it was an interesting question to put to some of the experts here. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks :)
